Product Profile
The PTM series Pulverizer is a high-speed precision device, which can pulverize different materials with moderate hardness into powder. It’s generally used in amorphous brittle products, including profiles and pipes, extrusion forming materials, corner scraps, films and other amorphous crispy products from the food raw material industry, chemistry and pharmaceutical industry.
The material requiring pulverizing is inhaled into the pulverizing cavity through the center of the fixed grinding plate. Between the rotating pulverizing plate, the centrifugal force is forced to the external edge, and the powder is sucked from the pulverizing cavity to the material storage tank below, which is convenient and practical.
Applicable Materials
PTM series pulverizers are widely used in the PVC pipe and profile industry, which can be recycled on the production line online simultaneously with shredder and crusher. Meanwhile, the PTM series grinder can also be used in the rolling plastic industry and pulverize and recycle PE materials.
