The source of raw materials for this project primarily includes waste HDPE blue barrels, ton barrels, and PP pallets, alongside the treatment of miscellaneous HDPE/PP and other mixed materials. The annual design maximum processing output of this line is an impressive 12,000 tons, operating on a 20-hour work system for 300 days. This capacity allows for the efficient processing of a wide range of specifications, such as 0-200L HDPE blue barrels, white HDPE ton barrels, and 21-250L HDPE hollow packaging bottles and pallets.

 

The production line is meticulously designed around three core processes: crushing and cleaning, high-temperature hot-washing, and three-stage rinsing. The crushing and cleaning module incorporates a secondary crushing and rinsing system, equipped with an internal water circulation, filtration, and reuse system. This ensures that the material undergoes fine crushing to a size of 20mm, followed by dehydration and rinsing to remove metal springs, aluminum foil, and other submerged impurities.

 

The high-temperature hot-washing module is a pivotal part of the process. It involves separating labels and self-adhesive materials from the bottle flakes through sorting and high-temperature cooking. With a control temperature exceeding 90°C and a cooking duration of more than 30 minutes, stubborn dirt, self-adhesive materials, and aluminum foil are effectively removed, restoring the bottle flakes to their original color. To guarantee the quality of cleaning, the production line features two heating tanks that operate alternately.

 

The three-stage rinsing module further enhances the purity of the bottle flakes. This module utilizes floating eluting water to remove cleaning agents and separate floating and sinking flakes. By adding clean water during the final rinsing stage, we ensure the highest possible purity of the final product.
