Raw Material
HDPE bottle flakes pelletizing line is dedicated to HDPE bottle recycling and granulation, such as milk bottles, yogurt bottles, hollow bottles, etc. HDPE bottle flakes pelletizing line has the characteristics of good performance, high output, low energy consumption and convenient operation. HDPE bottle flake pelletizing line has the characteristics of crushing, extruding and granulating. When recycling bottle flakes, it does not need to be crushed separately and can be directly recycled and granulated.
Features
1. Single screw and twin screw can be used according to user requirements or characteristics of raw material, and the style can be single-stage, double-stage, etc.
2. The pelletizing method can be selected: water-ring pelletizing or cold strand pelletizing.
3. HDPE bottle flakes can be directly put into the main machine to produce granules.
4. HDPE bottle flakes pelletizing line is equipped with fully automatic control cabinet and PLC operating system, which is easy to operate and stable in performance.
5. Low energy consumption, remarkable energy-saving effect, high output, electromechanical integration.
6. The crushed material granulation equipment can also be equipped with a double-station large-flow plate hydraulic screen changer and a mobile hydraulic station. According to different materials, different granulation auxiliary machines can be configured to form different granulation production lines, as shown in the following figure.

Feeding Device
Material can be directly added to the extrusion section through a screw feeding device (or a conveyor belt feeding device). The feeding speed is automatically adjusted by detecting the load of the extruder motor and controlling the current ampere load to prevent excessive feeding or insufficient feed.
Extruder
It consists of a gear reducer (high torque, low noise, external cooling cycle system), a nitriding 38CrMoA1 screw, a barrel (38CrMoAlA, nitriding, controlled by temperature control ), and a vacuum system.
Melt filter screen changer system
Suitable easy-to-operate filtration systems can be selected according to the condition of the raw material, and the dirt is filtered to ensure the pureness of the final pellets. Optional:
a.Laser screen changer - automatic scraping technology, can effectively reduce the frequency of cleaning and replacement;
b.Backflush screen changer - automatic cleaning mesh, greatly reducing the frequency of the filter replacement, reducing labor;
c.Double-piston large-scale screen changer - larger filter area, automatic and hydraulic;
d.Plate screen changer - easily operate, screen filter can be recycled, save cost, suitable for crude filtration and fine filtration.
Laser screen changer (optional for HDPE/PP regrinds 100micron)
Applications
PTJ continuous melt filters are suitable for processing all standard polyolefins and polystyrenes with the exception of PVC、PVDC、EVA; they are designed to remove foreign particles such as paper, aluminum, wood, elastomers (rubber, silicone) or high-melting polymer composites from heavily contaminated materials.

Water-ring die face pelletizing system
Water ring granulation speed is controlled by inverter, including: hot cutting head, shunt cone, water hood, tool holder, blade , blade shaft etc.
